My mom has a picture of me as a four year old in an Ultraman Halloween costume. One of those deadly plastic ones from the seventies. The kind you stick your tongue through the mouth hole in the mask and get a cut for your troubles. Did I see a show where ultraman fights a pollution monster? Was there one with a mysterious island that turns out to be a whale that when ultraman takes a karate stance the whale does too. So Ultraman lays still on the beach while a gorrila in a trenchcoat trys to kill him? It's funny how weird everything is when you are really young, but then some stuff really was weird and it's hard to remember, was it cause I was 4 or was that just plain weird. I feel the same way about disco. Was that as strange as I remember? Or did I just not get it being 4 and all.
