Cool design and stuff, but i'd like to know how these bikes can steer.

  6. Those wouldnt be good here, they look pretty but imagine you hit a pothole or can't go over onto the sidewalk or whatnot..

    [Reply]

  7. ёй

    Dangerous and unpractical.

    [Reply]

  8. Varroa

They are hydrolic most likely. They slam them instead of using a center stand then they raise them to drive them. Look at the one or two that are moving, they are much higher off the ground.

    [Reply]

  9. Wow, what a cool collection of scooters. My favorite is the Honda Zoomer...Awesome! Thanks for sharing :)

      [Reply]

      • Sivv

LOL last time I checked Harleys aren't slow, scooters are slow as fuck you tard, they're only meant for slow downtown cruising, like in urban Japan.

        [Reply]

  11. ABULLAH,N

    It's really impressive collections

    [Reply]

  12. The suspension is adjustable with air bags (not hydraulics), same system used on custom bikes here in the US. It's definitely different, but I dig a few of them. Thanks for finding/posting these.

  17. Hagbard Celine

Wow, what a waste of time and money. Pimping a scooter? That's like blinging out an Dodge Neon! Come on, admit it, you wish you had the nads to ride a real motorcycle. Girly boy metrosexuals!

    [Reply]

    • umm actually the Dodge Neon comes in a Turbo edition so your kinda stupid! a lot of people mod their Neon's and most are pretty lagit. oh and one more thing who the hell says oh yeah im blining out my car today your dumb.

      [Reply]

      • Chaseisdumb

Chase, you're dumb. Lagit is not a word. I'm sure you mean legit. The turbo neon is the SRT-4. Any modded neon fucking blows... Modded SRT-4s can be fast. It seems like always, you're dumb. Learn to spell dumb fuck.

        [Reply]

  18. Tombstone

The design aspect is top-notch, show-bike quality. But under it all...it's STILL just a scooter with a piss-ant anemic little motor-ette and adding all those extras will make that little motor-ette feel even more diminutive. Sorry, but I'll take a pass on this one.

    [Reply]

  19. i ride bikes, but look at all the hard work that has gone in to them. i buld bikes and custom spray bikes so i know how hard it is so all you lot that knock them have a thing, CAN YOU DO IT IF NOT SHUT THE FU*K UP. A+ to any one who trys to buld a custom bike/scooter/car it is easy to put peps down cos you donot like it, but how many have you done.

    [Reply]

  20. gowger

Crazy Japanese! This is their answer to the mods I guess. But I can't imagine a little 50 cc engine would even be able to turn the back wheel on some of those! I bet some of them are even bloody electric!

    [Reply]

  21. Amazing, great pictures ;)

    [Reply]

  22. Is fantastic this guys from Japan I want to say very honest , congratulation to all that built those wonderful creation of the next century , I know they are a head of the US with many thinks and like to say why : because here we got some f-king mental retarded that stop any civilization and all those f-king is located in DC on the big Chairs , so that's why America stagnate for last 25 years , because of all ths shit greedy and corrupted stupid mind , sory for some bad words but this is the truth .

    [Reply]

    • Airaloske

      ...what?

What the fuck are you trying to say? I had to read this about three times in order to crack the randomness code with which you speak. What do "big Chairs (sic") have to do with flashy if not hideously impractical scooters?

Now, if you are mentally disabled or have Asperger's Syndrome or something in that vein then I can understand why you'd post a bunch of random words strung together like this. However, I highly doubt that your caretaker would allow you to post comments unsupervised, therefore I am forced to believe that you're just ridiculously stupid and conversationally inept.

      Get off the internet. Thanks.

      [Reply]

  23. Pachauy

what a fuck!!! very very nice pictures congratulations a this guys.

    [Reply]

  24. Some of the 50cc bikes run with 150cc swaps .FYI

    [Reply]

  25. Travis

The majority of these scoots are 250cc plus; I only spotted a single 50 in the whole group, and that's the first Zoomer. I built a "pimped" scooter, and honestly, it's a much different experience than riding a motorcycle. Imagine a bmx bike that can do 55+ and turn as many heads as the big bikes. It's actually a hell of a lot of fun.

    [Reply]

  26. Robert Goggin

Folks....Scooters are much cheaper to register and run in Japan. Same goes for small cars. It is very expensiive to put anything oon the road over there. As any serviceman who has been stationed there. What you are missing is the art and sweat that has gone in to theese machines

    [Reply]

  27. all clowns are evil

I cannot believe the people that slate these scooters. I don't even like scooters but you have to admit these are cool. The amount of time and effort ploughed into these things alone deserves respect. There's a huge amount of snobbery in some of the replies here.

    [Reply]

  28. Wow. Those are some crazy scoots. Now I just need to know where to get my hands on all the money they put into them.

in over 50 years i've ridden everything from a bicycle/moped to a 850 suzuki and had a lot of fun on them all. i now have a 125 suzuki address and would trade it for anything except for any one of those shown. critics of scooter. especially these, are the original BUTTHEADS of the human race. LOL

    [Reply]

  31. Roger

Difficult reading this because of all the Mods fap fap fapping in the background...

Sweet custom jobs on those scooters btw...

    [Reply]

  36. funnyHat

At least a few of those scoots are maxi's (there's at least one Majesty) and are pushing 600 cc's and will comfortably cruise at 90mph+.

Anyone know how these folks go about the modding? Like links to a mod journal or something?

  39. Yoogly

I'm a Honda and Kawasaki guy, and I don't care, these are some ugly MOFO's.

    [Reply]

  40. Andy C

Original, fun, well put together and shown. You have to respect people who do their own thing and do it well. Some of these scooters are quick and probably fun, and some I doubt you'd get to the corner shop on. Bit like a custom bike show...

Personaly, I'd like to see what people turned up in/on and left in the public car park when they came to see these scooters.

    [Reply]

  41. Kinks

Ugly scooters but to each their own

    [Reply]

  42. Keys

LOL...cruisers and sportbikes...EVERYbody's got one of THEM!! Make's 'em fads and fads are for people with no imagination.

    [Reply]

  43. A lot of work has gone into these, cool and all if you're into scooters but I do have to ask the people who made these what their boyfriends ride?

    [Reply]

  44. Marc

Holy cat fat! Are these things every U G L Y!

I don't see how you can see over the front of a couple of them! They are in the same genre as the spic cars you see slammed, have airbags/hydraulics installed just to see how high they can bounce. Totally ruins the car and these "scooters"

Leave it to the japanese to create a trend so hidious...kinds like the front air dam craze...idiotic.

They need to stick to turing out hot school girls...

    [Reply]

  45. Anonymous

Most of these scooters are really cool looking. However, many of them have one crippling weakness-speedbumps.

    [Reply]

  46. Tony

Wether you like scooters or not they have put a lot of hard work into creating these & you have to admire them for that. What I don't get on these sort of sites is why do people have to be so rude, nasty & obnoxious??? Childish teenagers obviously. Grow up you immature morons!!!

    [Reply]

  47. MrBurrows

    So... phallic... *snark*... BWAHAHAHAHAHAHAHA!

    [Reply]

  48. Micah

No one likes change! But these extreme examples, like all the concept cars each year, only one of these, at most, will trickle down to us lowly consumers. Its the ideas behind the scooters that we need to look into because speed bumps are here to stay!
So for now lets just all get a laugh and wait to see whats next!

    [Reply]

  49. Anna

These scooters aren't my style, my husband drives a Yamaha XVS V-Star 1100 and wants a Harley of course. However we both agree they are amazing works of art, anyone who has the knowledge and ability to make such a creation when working with something such as a scooter deserves a round of applause. Why so many of you can't look at these and judge them for the art they are rather than what is underneath, I will never know.

  51. anon

I wouldnt ride one of those if you paid me.

    [Reply]

  52. stan

Yeah, cute. but they are still just scooters, so why bother? Could have saved the money and bought a real motorcycle instead. even stock that would be WAY cooler!

    [Reply]

  53. Rylee

Ya some of them look cool but at the end of the day you're still riding a scooter.

    [Reply]

  54. HurriiiKane

BUT. Do they run on water?!?!?!

    [Reply]

  55. keegan

why not just buy a motor bike and not look like a fucking idiot.

    [Reply]

  56. Taboodle

Mmm. Not really a fan of these. They just seem too oblong for my tastes. I'll take my vespa 250 any day!

It would be cool to have that type of scooter culture in the U.S. We seem to follow the Bigger is Better attitude and see scooters as silly toys

    [Reply]

  60. those are mighty creative, that's for sure

    [Reply]

  61. Elemental

Seems like most of the negativity here is coming from young American males. Gotta tell you, boys, the fat harley you want so much is a great way to advertise your erectile dysfunction. If I have to have something with a motor, a scooter is fine for me. Motors are for sissies.
