Gundam videographer darwinfish105 has captured some dazzling footage of the 8-meter-tall laser-shooting Hello Kitty spectacle at Odaiba Beach, which has appeared as part of a campaign to promote tree-planting activities in Tokyo.

[]I got to see this when I visited Odaiba. It was a fun event. They were handing out balloons and stickers, and there was a big tent on the beach selling all kinds of hello kitty things. I think this was an environmental awareness event? At least that's what I gathered from the pamphlet they gave us.
