Dunno if you'd find it on there, it's a TV series and a large amount of its spin-offs from the showa era (like this one) are largely unsubtitled, can't imagine that stopping you though.

I think there's something really amazing about the combination of the words "Starfish" and "Hitler". It's like, you know what they mean apart from each other, but then you combine them and something really magical happens. Regardless of what the actual Starfish Hitler looks like, I can't get this image of a giant starfish with an armband, little stache and that heavily parted hair style out of my head.

I was thinking the same thing. My theory is they just threw together two similar sounding words, "hitode" [starfish] and "hittoraa" [Hitler], to create this wonderful villain.
