		<content:encoded><![CDATA[<p>[...] Pink Tentacle has an odd, but wonderful collection of photos by photographer Sato Jun Ichi of&#8230;..the architecture of Japan’s flood control infrastructure. Never would have thought such a thing could be so interesting. The above photo is from Saitama. This one was taken in Miyagi. Apparently Sato has been at this for 10 years. He has a massive collection of some 600 photos here. He&#8217;s also got a nice coffee table book you can buy at Amazon. [...]</p>
