Mazda has released sketches of a new concept crossover sport utility vehicle to be unveiled at the 2008 Moscow International Automobile Salon in late August.
The concept vehicle is designed especially for the SUV-hungry Russian market, one of Europe's fastest growing markets.
The show car, whose name Mazda intends to announce soon, is the latest addition to the automaker's line of Nagare concept vehicles, which include the Nagare, Ryuga, Hakaze, Taiki and Furai.

Very nice. Are the Nagare images actual photos or HDR computer generated?

The FURAI madel would make a great electric/hybrid or put a Hyabusa motor in and get 60mpg. This would definatly be the best selling sports car if they prced it right. Would put high mpg cars in style front.

@Darren
Are you fucking serious? I don't know where to start with your post. It's a sports car, I can see a DIESEL working if you were interested in fuel economy, but a hybrid system in a performance car just reeks of stupidity, and a Hayabusa engine isn't the right choice for a chassis that's going to weigh more than 1500 pounds.
My god, go back to playing Need For Speed and quit posting.

To the guy that wanted the Furai to be hybrid and priced right... did you see that thing? The wheels on that car cost atleast $1000 each. That thing will never even be a even a normal car..
