If you want to write my comment off as conspiracy theory just have a look at history,

Look what occult leaders did with their followers when the astrological phenomenon (comet) "Hale-Bopp" occurred in the night sky ' thats right, they where driven to believe something that was not true was to happen because of the event that the knowing leaders foresaw which intern was used against the followers to gain control over assets as well as other things.

Should a rogue government leader such as a "G W Bush" a member of the builderburg group, Skull and Crossbones at Yale, the CFR, the international banking cartel "Rockefeller's, Rothschild's Warburg's, Morgan family's" or the Illuminati take use of such technology the only measure of truth will be a full scale media coverage with a focus on the former now 'present' use of this technology. Likely however these dominating leaders will use their 96% owned media coverage for means of propoganda and psychological conditioning against members of the alternative media. calling them quacks, conspiracy theorists, and others in attempt to discredit the validity of their now apparent argument.

It is this potential that citizens must organize for truth in media coverage, and likewise persist with formulating their own independent media via uncensored internet local public access or radio.

I strongly urge people keep a watchful eye on how and where this technology develops. I only say this because I am aware of the now declassified use of holographic projection being used as a war tactic to insight fear against peoples in the middle east.
