		<content:encoded><![CDATA[<p>[...] Mr. Nakajima, a 29-year-old Nagoya resident is credited with inventing what has of late become a popular craze in Japan.  Called ‘Turban Noguchi’ it’s basically an origami technique using a 1000 Yen note featuring the portrait of Hideyo Noguchi (the noted Japanese physician and bacteriologist who, among other things, discovered the agent of syphilis in 1911).  Through clever folding you can outfit Noguchi with a turban or other fancy headgear. So, who&#8217;s going to be the first to &#8216;fold&#8217; the Queen? I&#8217;d love to use this for a campaign. [...]</p>
